Ongoing access to professional development and leadership growth opportunities. The Role: Project Managing holiday programs across 30 sites nationally. Coordinating excursions and incursions, including bus bookings, supplier relationships, risk assessments, and permission forms. Monitoring and tracking enrolments keeping the business updated on site-by-site numbers via a detailed tracking system. Ensuring marketing materials are complete and aligned with what team leaders have already designed. Collaborating with staff to ensure all logistics and compliance requirements are in place. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who is ready to hit the ground running and available to start immediately. Strong communication skills both verbally and written. Experience in excursion planning, managing staff, and risk mitigation. Familiar with child-safe procedures, parent communications, and compliance. Comfortable jumping into a fast-moving project and making decisions under pressure.
